What is your return policy?

All items are final sale - we do not accept returns as amaluha is a small company and we want to think and act sustainabel in regards to  shipping. we therefor ask you to make a consious choise when purchasing an amaluhan item.

We ship all over the world.

Price for shipping bathrobes is calculated at checkout and depends on item weight and destination.

Free shipping for bags and pillowcases.

You will receive an email with tracking number once your purchase has been finalized in the web shop.

We ship with Postnord in Europe, DHL for the rest of the world, always with a tracking number. Once we have sent your tracking number it is your responsibility to keep track of the package, if any delays - please contact your post office. Amaluha is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages in transit. Once the package has reached the country of destination you will be contacted by postal carrier to pay customs fees.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Our one-of-a-kind typically takes 2-6 weeks to be shipped depending on destination.

How long does it take to receive my made-to-order bathrobe?
Made-to-order bathrobes take 4-8 weeks to be finished and ready to ship.

You can also find a size chart on every product page. Choose the size that best correlated with you bodies sizing. Yes, the robes are supposed to be an oversize fit for 100 % comfort.
All sizes are approximat depending on textile variability.
